I saw this on YouTube.com. Interesting to say the least!

Deanna and I are blessed to have an amazing Home Group! We love the hanging out with the people in our group. This group is such a blessing to us at this time in our lives and we truly look forward to hanging out with them each week.

I truly feel for those who do not have people in their lives that they can be themselves with. Each week, our group gets together for some awesome food, great fellowship, and a time to break it down. Each person brings a different flair to the group. We have the GQS (Gentle Quiet Spirit), the Rocker, the CREATIVE GENIUS, the Master at Building Projects, the Crazy Architect, and many other awesome people!

What I love about our group is that we are all very different, but share a lot of common loves…Jesus, Family, Friends, NewSpring, and FOOD! It is my prayer that our group will continue to grow in our love for Jesus and support of each other as individuals and as couples!

Thank you Jesus, for blessing Deanna and I with an AWESOME group of people that encourage us, challenge us, make us laugh, and push us closer to you!

Just announced by Sharp that in September you will be able to buy the TV below!

Take a moment to read the following quote from Shane Duffey

If I want to excel as a leader I must continue to learn new things, develop better processes, tweak the organizational structure and implement great strategy. But, those things will never be enough and will always be left wanting if I forget to look into the lives of those I lead, ask God for insight and when appropriate, make it personal.

The reason that I am putting this on my blog is because Shane taught me this without ever publicly saying it.  He displayed it in how he lead me.  You see, Shane was my direct supervisor for around about a year.  I learned a lot from Shane, each time I met with him I was stretched and challenged.  We had some tough conversations, some professional conversations, and some very personal conversation that really displayed that he truly cared about me as a person.  So basically, he is the real deal…he practices what he preaches…he leads from the overflow of his relationship with Jesus!

Thanks Shane! You are the man!

Last night, Leon Powe of the Boston Celtics went off for 21 points in 15 minutes. Here is the game recap. He played an AWESOME game…check out his amazing story of growing up through tough times…homeless, foster care, and much more!

What was going through this guy’s mind??  How do you forget something so important??

Check out the story here.

Verizon Wireless just invested $9 Billion in radio spectrum at a FCC auction…now they are going to invest $28.1 Billion to acquire Alltel…interestingly enough they are assuming the current debt of Alltel which is $22.1 Billion as a part of the deal.  WOW!!  This move will make them the largest cell provider in the country, followed by AT&T.  I wonder if this will enhance the already great coverage that I receive from Verizon?
