Would the fact that Lee Corso from College Gameday is now on the University of South Carolina Gamecocks‘ bandwagon a KISS OF DEATH?
Last week, Lee Corso was confronted with the fact that the University of South Carolina is using some of the words that Lee said a couple of years back to BASH the Gamecocks. During that segment, Lee basically showed his lack of character and ignorance. He was mad that someone would take something he said and prove him wrong. (No offence Lee, but you bash teams each and every week, so when a team proves you wrong…which you will be wrong again in the future…take it like a man!)
This week, Lee Corso was asked whether he would BUY or SELL, a typical segment on the show, and he said that he wanted to BUY. He said, “When the Head Ball Coach wins the ugly game, that means he has a defense. That is a scary combination.” (Side-note: Interesting enough, last week Lee said that there was no way the South Carolina Gamecocks would be able to stop UGA.) Are you serious? Lee Corso wanted to buy the South Carolina Gamecocks.
I wonder if that is the K.O.D. or will that motivate the team even more? I am sure with the Head Ball Coach will have our guys prepared for each game. Go Gamecocks!

I didn’t see the part where he is all of a sudden on our bandwagon, but honestly, I think the entire ESPN show is rigged.
If you ever notice, the “experts” making their picks almost always cover their bases by one picking one team and the other picking the other team.
I also think that as big of an idiot as Lee Corso really is, that it is mainly a show. I think that just like with the idiot from The State Paper (Ron Morris) that it is all an attempt to stir the pot and generate sells and attention to their article or show.

hey man,
hopefully it is not the kiss of death…although history is not on our side on that one!
i got the feeling sitting in the “Brice” last night that this could be a special season! it just seems like we are doing things differently this year, even down to the pre-game stuff. we will find out in less than a week the type of team we have. the ol’ ball coach will have the cocks prepared, i don’t think there is anyway he let’s all the publicity go to their heads…
